Who are we and what do we do?

Atmoz is a company that provides a service for monitoring greenhouse gas emissions. In the following privacy protection information statement, you can read about how we process your personal data in our capacity as personal data controller. We always process your data with the greatest care and only use it for the purposes for which it has been collected.

For customer or supplier representatives

Atmoz processes personal data about those who are employees of or who represent a customer of or supplier to Atmoz for the purpose of (i) communication about agreed services in accordance with our contracts with customers/suppliers and (ii) in order to maintain Atmoz customer and supplier relations.

The data we process comprises contact information such as first names, surnames, telephone numbers, personal ID numbers (for sole proprietors) and email addresses.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in fulfilling our contracts and maintaining our business relations.

We process your personal data for so long as you are a contact person for a customer/supplier with which Atmoz has active business relations.

For newsletter subscribers

On our website, it is possible to register for our newsletter in order to receive news updates and offers from us. If you are a newsletter subscriber, we will process your personal data for the purpose of sending you newsletters.

The data we process comprises your name and email address.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing subscribers with news and offers from Atmoz.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the link in the newsletter email or by emailing us at info@atmoz.io.

We process personal data for so long as we have your consent to send you newsletters.

Contact and support

You can contact us in various ways – via forms on our website or using standard channels of communication such as telephone and email. In such cases, we process your personal data for the purpose of being able to assist you and administer your queries and registrations.

The personal data we process comprises first names, surnames, email addresses, mobile phone numbers and any other personal data that you may include when contacting us.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in communicating with you, handling your case and providing you with support.

We process your personal data for so long as it is necessary for us to do so in order to handle your case.

For job applicants

If you apply for a job or internship at Atmoz, for example by contacting us directly, applying internally or applying via a third party (such as LinkedIn or a recruitment company), we will process the personal data you provide in your application for the purpose of handling your application and administering the recruitment process, updating you on the recruitment process and communicating our final decision to you.

The personal data we process ordinarily comprises your name, personal ID number, contact details (address, email address and telephone number), diplomas, references, testimonials and other information in your application (such as your LinkedIn profile, work experience, cover letter, etc). If you undertake tests or attend interviews in connection with your application, we will also register and process notes and results from such activities. We may also collect information from other persons or companies, such as your references, LinkedIn and other public sources.

The legal basis for our processing is a balancing of interests where we consider we have a legitimate interest in collecting and scrutinising your application, assessing how well your application matches the advertised position and considering it in relation to the other applications as regards educational background, expertise, qualifications and experience, and in administering the recruitment process, for example by holding interview(s), updating you on the recruitment process and communicating our final decision to you.

Your personal data is also processed for the purpose of complying with Atmoz’s legal obligations, such as ensuring that we observe your rights and Atmoz’s obligations in accordance with the law and other regulations, and to comply with our obligations and to safeguard our interests in accordance with labour legislation.

We process your personal data for so long as it is necessary to do so for the purposes described above. If we wish to save your application for future recruitment processes, we will always ask for your consent before doing so.

Who has access to the personal data?

We process your personal data within the EU/EEA. We may use subcontractors for our processing – for example, for the storage of personal data. Whenever we use subcontractors, we enter into data processing agreements with the subcontractors and ensure that relevant protective measures are taken in regards to your personal data.

What rights do you have?

You can read about your rights in relation to our processing of your personal data under the headings below. If you wish to contact us to exercise any of your rights, you can reach us via the contact details above. In the event that you wish to exercise your rights, we will inform you about the action we are taking with regards to your request as quickly as possible, within the deadlines required under the GDPR.

Right to information
When we collect personal data about you, you have the right to specific information about how we process your personal data. Through this document, we provide you with the information you are entitled to under the GDPR. If you need more information about any aspect, you are always welcome to contact us.

Right of access to your personal data

You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. Following your request, we will provide the information that you are entitled to in the form of a register extract – a copy of the personal data that we process. If you would like additional copies, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs for this.

Right to rectification
You have the right to request that we rectify incorrect information about you and to request that we complete any incomplete information about you. For example, if you change your surname or email address, please feel free to contact us so that we can correct your personal data in the system.

Right to erasure
In certain circumstances, you have the right to have personal data about you that we process erased. This would apply, for example, if it is no longer necessary for us to process the personal data for the purpose for which it was collected. You should note, however, that the right to have your personal data erased is not absolute; it only applies when the conditions for erasure are met. For example, we cannot erase personal data about you that we have registered if we are required to retain the data in line with a legal requirement.

Right to object to processing
You have the right to object, at any time, to our processing of your personal data on the basis of a so-called balancing of interests. If you object to our processing of your personal data, we may no longer process it unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to restriction of processing
In certain situations, you have the right to require that the processing of your personal data be restricted. Among other things, this covers situations where you consider that the personal data about you is incorrect and you have requested the rectification of your personal data. You can also request that the processing of the personal data in question be restricted while the matter is investigated. The same applies in situations where you have objected to a certain type of processing of your personal data.

Right to data portability
In certain situations, you have the right to have your personal data moved. This is referred to as data portability and means that you can request to have your personal data transferred to another data controller. You can exercise this right if your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent or an agreement, for example.

Right to withdraw consent
In cases where your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

Right to submit a complaint

Till dig som representerar en kund eller leverantör

Atmoz behandlar personuppgifter om dig som är anställd hos eller representerar en kund eller leverantör till Atmoz för ändamålet att i) kommunicera kring överenskomna tjänster enligt våra avtal med kunden/leverantören och ii) upprätthålla Atmoz kund- och leverantörsrelationer.

De uppgifter vi behandlar är kontaktinformation såsom för- och efternamn, telefonnummer, personnummer (vid enskild firma) och e-postadress.

Den lagliga grunden är våra berättigade intressen att uppfylla våra avtal och upprätthålla våra affärsrelationer.

Vi behandlar dina personuppgifter så länge du är kontaktperson för en kund/leverantör som Atmoz har en aktiv affärsrelation med.

För dig som prenumererar på våra nyhetsbrev

På vår hemsida finns det möjlighet att anmäla sig till vårt nyhetsbrev för att ta del av nyhetsutskick och erbjudanden. För dig som är prenumerant på våra nyhetsbrev behandlar vi dina personuppgifter i ändamål att skicka nyhetsbrev till dig.

De uppgifter vi behandlar är ditt namn och e-postadress.

Den lagliga grunden för behandlingen är vårt berättigade intresse att förse dig som prenumerant med nyheter och erbjudanden från Atmoz.

För dig som söker jobb hos oss

Om du ansöker om jobb eller praktikplats hos Atmoz, exempelvis genom att kontakta oss direkt, ansöka internt eller via en tredje part (såsom LinkedIn eller ett rekryteringsföretag), kommer vi att behandla de personuppgifter du lämnar till oss i din ansökan i ändamål att behandla din ansökan samt administrera rekryteringsprocessen, uppdatera dig hur det går i rekryteringen samt lämna ett slutgiltigt besked.

De personuppgifter vi behandlar är vanligtvis ditt namn, personnummer, kontaktuppgifter (adress, e-postadress och telefonnummer), betyg, referenser, intyg och andra uppgifter i din ansökan (såsom LinkedIn-profil, yrkeserfarenhet, personligt brev). I de fall du utför tester eller medverkar i intervjuer i samband med din ansökan kommer vi också att registrera och behandla anteckningar och resultat från sådana aktiviteter. Vi kan också komma att samla in uppgifter från andra personer eller bolag, såsom dina referenser, LinkedIn och andra offentliga källor.

Den lagliga grunden för vår behandling är en intresseavvägning där vårt intresse är att samla in och granska din ansökan, bedöma hur väl din ansökan matchar utlyst tjänst, och göra överväganden i förhållande till andra kandidaters ansökningar utifrån utbildning, kompetens, meriter och erfarenhet samt administrera rekryteringsprocessen såsom kallelser till intervju(-er), att uppdatera dig hur det går i rekryteringen samt lämna ett slutgiltigt besked.

Dina personuppgifter hanteras även för ändamålen att uppfylla Atmoz rättsliga förpliktelser såsom att säkerställa att vi iakttar dina rättigheter och de skyldigheter som Atmoz har enligt lag och andra regelverk samt fullgöra våra skyldigheter och iaktta våra intressen i enlighet med arbetsrättslig lagstiftning.

Vi behandlar dina personuppgifter så länge det behövs för de ändamål som beskrivs ovan. Skulle vi vilja spara din ansökan för framtida rekryteringar kommer vi alltid efterfråga ditt samtycke innan vi gör det.

Vilka har tillgång till personuppgifterna?

Vi behandlar dina personuppgifter inom EU/EES. Vi kan komma att använda oss av underleverantörer för vår behandling, t.ex. rörande lagring av personuppgifter. När vi använder oss av underleverantörer ingår vi underbiträdesavtal med underleverantören och säkerställer att relevanta skyddsåtgärder vidtas i relation till dina personuppgifter.

Under rubrikerna nedan kan du läsa på om de rättigheter du har när vi behandlar dina personuppgifter. Vill du komma i kontakt med oss för att åberopa någon av dina rättigheter kan du nå oss via kontaktuppgifterna ovan. I de fall du önskar åberopa dina rättigheter kommer vi att informera dig om de åtgärder vi vidtagit med anledning av din begäran så snart som möjligt inom de tidsramar som GDPR kräver.

Rätt till information
När vi samlar in personuppgifter om dig har du rätt till specifik information om hur vi behandlar dina personuppgifter. Genom det här dokumentet tillhandahåller vi dig den informationen du har rätt till enligt GDPR. Du är alltid välkommen att kontakta oss om du behöver mer information i något avseende.
Rätt att få tillgång till dina personuppgifter

Du har rätt att få veta vilka personuppgifter vi behandlar om dig. Vid begäran kommer vi att tillhandahålla den information du har rätt till genom en kopia av de personuppgifter vi behandlar, ett så kallat registerutdrag. För eventuella ytterligare kopior förbehåller vi oss rätten att ta ut en rimlig avgift som täcker de administrativa kostnaderna.

Rätt till rättelse
Du har rätt att begära att vi rättar felaktig information om dig, samt begära att vi kompletterar ofullständig information om dig. Om du exempelvis byter efternamn eller e-postadress vill vi gärna att du kontaktar oss så justerar vi personuppgifterna i systemet.

Rätt att få dina personuppgifter raderade
Under vissa omständigheter har du rätt att få de personuppgifter som vi behandlar om dig raderade. Detta gäller exempelvis om det inte längre är nödvändigt för oss att behandla dem för det syfte för vilka personuppgifterna samlades in. Notera emellertid att rätten att få dina personuppgifter raderade inte är absolut, den gäller enbart när förutsättningarna för radering är uppfyllda. Exempelvis kan vi inte radera personuppgifter som vi har registrerade om dig om det finns krav i lag att vi behåller personuppgifterna.
Rätt att invända mot behandling
Du har rätt att när som helst invända mot vår behandling av dina personuppgifter mot bakgrund av en s k intresseavvägning. Skulle du invända mot att vi behandlar dina personuppgifter får vi inte längre behandla dessa såvida vi inte kan visa att vi har berättigade skäl för behandlingen som väger tyngre än dina intressen, rättigheter och friheter eller om det sker för fastställande, utövande eller försvar av rättsliga anspråk.
Rätt till begränsning av behandling
Du har i särskilda situationer rätt att kräva att behandlingen av dina personuppgifter begränsas. Dessa sträcker sig bland annat till situationer där du anser att personuppgifterna om dig är felaktiga och du begärt rättelse av dina personuppgifter. Under tiden frågan utreds kan du även begära att behandlingen av de aktuella personuppgifterna begränsas. Detsamma gäller i situationer där du invänt mot en viss behandling av dina personuppgifter.
Rätt till dataportabilitet
Du har i vissa fall rätt att få dina personuppgifter flyttade, s k dataportabilitet vilket innebär att du kan begära att personuppgifterna ska överföras till en annan personuppgiftsansvarig. Detta kan exempelvis åberopas om dina personuppgifter behandlas med stöd av ditt samtycke eller enligt avtal.
Rätt att återkalla samtycke
I de fall dina personuppgifter behandlas med stöd av ditt samtycke har du när som helst rätt att återkalla samtycket.
Rätt att lämna in klagomål
